SEVEN BOYS EXPERIENCE SALESIAN LIFE AT DOMINIC SAVIO ASPIRANTATE DANKOTUWA

Dominic Savio Aspirantate, Dankotuwa, welcomed seven boys from Grades 8 to 11 from the Negombo and Ja-Ela areas for a three-day Living Camp from 23 to 25 October 2026, organized as part of its vocation-promotion efforts.

During their stay, the boys experienced Salesian community life through prayer, Holy Mass, sports, manual work, and recreation. The celebration of the monthly commemoration of Mary Help of Christians on 24 October was a special highlight.

This initiative provided the boys with an opportunity to discover the joy of Salesian life and reflect on their future vocation. The Aspirantate continues to accompany young people in their journey of faith and discernment, inspired by the example of St. John Bosco.
